Enjoy a 90-minute scenic cruise on beautiful Lake Pleasant, available year-round. Narration of the lake's history and wildlife is provided. Cruisers will learn about Lake Pleasant, The Agua Fria River, The Old Waddell Dam, The New Waddell Dam, area wildlife and recreational areas at Lake Pleasant. You may see wild burro, mule deer, coyote, blue heron, bald eagles, or other bird species. Lake Pleasant is a man-made lake. The reservoir is 10,000 acres and boasts 116 miles of shoreline. Wildlife is unpredictable and we cannot guarantee you will see any on your trip, but these are the best times to see the following birds and animals.

Reservations are strongly recommended and are required on meal cruises. Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone or by visiting our ticket office at Pleasant Harbor Marina.
Arriving at Pleasant Harbor
Please plan to arrive 45 minutes before cruise departure, to allow for sufficient travel time from the parking lot to the marina. Pleasant Harbor charges a $6.00 per vehicle ($2.00 per person on chartered buses) entry fee. Shuttle golf carts will pick you up in the parking lot at the blue canopy and bring you down to the floating marina.
Boarding ‘The Phoenix’
Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to scheduled cruise departure. Seating is first come, first served. No outside food or beverages allowed on board. No hydro flasks, water bottles or coolers allowed. Bottled water in clear, factory-sealed bottles is okay. Cash only on board for snacks and beverages. All children 12 and under are required to wear a life jacket (provided).
Cruise Cancellations & Rescheduling
No cancellations allowed. Customer may reschedule their non-meal cruise any time prior to scheduled cruise departure. Customer may reschedule their meal cruise 24+ hours prior to scheduled cruise departure. A $5 per ticket handling fee will apply to any customer rescheduling their pre-paid reservation. Coupons and discounts cannot be applied after booking your reservation. Our cruises may be cancelled by the Captain if extreme weather conditions (strong winds/thunder/lightning) are present. We do not cancel for rain. In the extremely rare case that we have to cancel a cruise due to weather, we will contact you at the phone number you provided.
