Arriving at Pleasant Harbor

Please plan to arrive at least 1 hour prior to cruise departure, to allow for sufficient travel time from the parking lot to the marina. Pleasant Harbor charges a $10.00 per vehicle ($3.00 per person with 9+ passenger vehicles) entry fee. Active-Duty Military, Veterans, Firefighters, and Police Officers receive FREE gate entry with ID. Guests will now be shuttled by bus from the North Ramp Parking Lot (Blue Canopy) to the beginning of the marina walkway (Tan Canopy). From the Tan Canopy, guests will walk down the marina walkway to access the marina and businesses. At the end of their visit, guests should return to the end of the walkway, where they will be picked up by the shuttle bus and transported back to the North Ramp Parking Lot. If you cannot walk the ramp, wait for a shuttle golf cart at the tan canopy, please call 602-625-7776 if no shuttles have arrived after 10 minutes. The shuttle ride is FREE, but tips are appreciated and encouraged. The shuttle service is provided by Pleasant Harbor Marina, not Lake Pleasant Cruises. The shuttle service is provided to all guests visiting the property, not only cruise guests, and is available on a first come, first served basis. If preferred, it is a 15+ minute walk (0.75 miles) to the marina.

Boarding ‘The Phoenix’

Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to scheduled cruise departure. We will check you in by your last name. Please be ready to present the card used for payment, with a matching ID, at check in. Seating is first come, first served. No outside food or beverages allowed on board. No hydro flasks, water bottles or coolers allowed. Bottled water in clear, factory-sealed bottles is okay. All bags and purses will be searched by our staff, prior to boarding. Cash only on board for snacks and beverages. All children 12 and under are required to wear a life jacket (provided).
