Hello Future Passenger,

Lake Pleasant Cruises is following all Arizona state regulations in regards to COVID-19. We have implemented enhanced cleaning measures, social distancing on board, and other policies to help keep you safe. In order to meet Arizona state operating guidelines, there are a few rules and regulations we are required to enforce. The information below is to inform you of those rules and regulations.

Please read this information carefully, so that everyone can enjoy a safe and fun cruise experience.

Before boarding ‘The Phoenix’

  • Face coverings are required while on property at Pleasant Harbor, and for all passengers on board ‘The Phoenix’ cruise boat. This means you are required to wear a face covering from the time you exit your vehicle, until you reach your seat on board the boat. Face coverings can be removed once you are at your seat.

  • Please do not board the boat if you are feeling sick, have a fever, have a cough, are experiencing shortness of breath or are experiencing any other COVID-19 related symptoms. We appreciate as much notice as possible, if you are feeling sick and need to stay home. Please call us if you need to reschedule your cruise at 602-456-9955 ext.1.

While on board ‘The Phoenix’

  • After boarding the boat, a crew member will take you to your seat. If space permits, you will have your choice of lower deck (inside) or upper deck (open-air, shaded).

  • We cannot guarantee seating inside or outside, due to limited availability while following social distancing guidelines. We recommend arriving extra early if you have a preferred deck. Seating is first come, first served.

  • Passengers that require downstairs seating (wheelchair, walker, limited mobility, etc.) please call our office at 602-456-9955 ext.1 to arrange.

  • Arizona state guidelines limit parties to no more than 10. For this reason, groups with more than 10 may be seated at multiple tables.

  • Tables and chairs on board the boat have been arranged in accordance with CDC social distancing guidelines and may not be moved or rearranged. Once you have been seated, you will not be permitted to switch tables without a crew member's approval.

  • Arizona state guidelines require that guests remain seated throughout the cruise. No standing, dancing or mingling (with those outside of your group) is allowed.

  • If you need to get up to use the restroom, face coverings are required.

  • Crew members will be coming around to you to take your snack and beverage order after they are finished seating passengers. In order to meet current guidelines, the bar will be closed for walk-up traffic.
